The government is giving importance to women education on the path shown by Bangabandhu: The Prime Minister

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said the present government is giving importance to women education on the way shown by Bangabandhu. With the emergence of Rokeya ideology, the women's society will play a role in building the golden Bangladesh dream of Father of the Nation by joining them in the main stream of development.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said this while distributing medals on the occasion of Rokeya Day at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capital on Sunday.

This day is celebrated as Rokeya Day officially every year. Begum Rokeya's birth and death anniversary today is the precursor to the rise of Bengali women.

Sheikh Hasina said women will have the opportunity in all cases. They can be financially self-reliant. Then their importance will increase in the family. The rights of girls will be taken out. Along with them, there is a need to increase the ambiance. Family problems do not create a right to earn rights.

The Prime Minister said, "We named the mother as the child we first included. Mother gave birth. The mother understands the pain of having a baby. Women are very hard-hearted. The average life expectancy of men is 71, women 73, average 72. From this also it is clear that women are more tolerant. '

She said, we were able to hold women at the highest level of the first administration.
