National Convenor of the National Democratic Institute (NDI), the convener of the National Unity Forum convened by US-based election observer Dr. Kamal Hossain. The meeting was held at 8:00 am with the NDA delegation at Gulshan, a hotel in the capital.

After the meeting, Kamal Hossain told reporters that the EC has demanded a month-long election for the party, but the EC has delayed only seven days.

He said the Election Commission's government should not be obedient and at the same time the government can not order the Election Commission to cancel the election.
The convener of the united front said that the meeting was discussed with the NDI and the overall environment including the environment.
