Dismissing the appeals of 310 people by the EC, the candidates disappointed by not receiving the certified copy



The Election Commission (EC) has not been able to give certified copies to any of the candidates who have settled the appeal so far. After waiting from the morning, the candidates and their supporters were sitting in front of EC without getting certified copies. During this time many people expressed anger towards EC.

The Election Commission declared the legal and illegal declaration of nomination of different parties and independent candidates in eleven parliamentary elections. The appeal hearing began on Thursday from these candidates. Many candidates got back in the hearing of the appeal, many did not get it. Both types of candidates require certified copy. Because the candidates whose candidature has been validated will have to submit the certified copies of appeals to their respective teams. And those whose nomination papers are invalid will be able to go to the court with the certified copy of the appeal.

Speaking to some candidates, the EC asked the candidates to come to the Election Commission's office at Agargaon on Friday at 10am on Friday to get the certified copy of the appeal. Candidates will come in the morning and know that their certified copies will be given at two in the afternoon. Accordingly, the candidates are waiting. After the EC said, certified copies will be given at 8pm. After this announcement the candidates expressed anger.

On this, EC's joint secretary Selim Mia said in the first light, 'We are not sitting. Starting tomorrow (Saturday) certified copies will start. The matter is like a court. You know how long it takes to get a certified copy in court, that's the way it is. '

The EC will give certified copy of candidates from tomorrow. But the candidates have not been informed about this decision. The EC on Thursday appealed for 310 people including 160 people and 150 people today. Certified copies were not given to any of these candidates. That is why 20 to 25 candidates and their people are standing outside the EC building.

This evening, in front of EC Bhawan, the candidates and their supporters are waiting for the certified copy of the appeal. During this time, many people expressed anger over the time.

Jainal Abedin of Jatiya Party and Gazipur-2 seats, BNP's Mujibul Haque has been made legal by appealing in EC-3. They are waiting for EtiE to get certified copies all day long. Jasdur Abdur Razzak of Bogra -7, DM Alam of Natore-4 constituency, Independent candidate of Lalmonirhat-1 constituency Abu Hena Ershad Hossain, Independent candidate of Kishoreganj-3 constituency. Mizanul Haque, Independent candidate of Nilphamari-4 constituency Minhazul Islam, Independent candidate of Bogra-4 constituency Ashraful Islam Alam alias Hiro Alam - all their candidature has been canceled. They are sitting for certified copy. Because they told reporters that they will go to court.
