And this laptop was a fellow of Arslan's fellow Sri Lankan PhD student Muhammad Nizamuddin. Police arrested him. However, with the handwriting of the notebook, Nizamuddin's hand was not found in the hand, police released him.

It was later revealed that Nizamuddin, brother of Usman Khawaja, painted a fake militant attack on his laptop in order to prove Nizamiuddin to police terrorists.
